Ki Mart follows an Open Box Delivery process where customers are requested to verify the products at the time of delivery.
As products are verified during delivery, returns are not accepted after successful delivery.
No refund will be provided once the order has been accepted by the customer.
If Ki Mart is unable to deliver an order after successful payment due to product unavailability or cancellation from our side, the eligible amount (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
